Perched on a hill, overlooking Nice, this historic stone farmhouse has lovely views of the Mediterranean and surrounding hills. The property faces south and is seated on a very old olive grove on an acre of land. Originally a Roman watchtower, our entirely renovated “mas Provencal” was built in several stages over the centuries, and is steeped with character and charm.
The house is an ideal family homes, with lots of outdoor and indoor space, including a big swimming pool, a swing set, fruit trees, (including delicious figs), a ping pong table and barbeque. The garden is perfectly safe for children and the land is protected by a wall and intercom for visitors.
Tennis courts are 5 minutes away and the seaside is just a 15 minutes drive down the road. Lots of mountain hiking and climbing too. Our farmhouse is located on a quiet, wooded suburban hill overlooking Nice and the Mediterranean. Downtown Nice is 10 minutes away and the beaches are 15 minutes away.
Easy access to the towns up and down the coast, including Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, and Italy (35 minutes).
